According to Art. 3 UWG (Federal Law Against Unfair Competition), every commercial website - including those of sex workers - must have a complete imprint with:
- First and last name (or company)
- Full postal address (PO box is usually sufficient)
- E-mail address
For artist names, a deliverable address must be stored - this can be a business address, a PO box or be an intermediary service. A lack of legal notice is punishable as unfair competition; For serious violations, a fine of up to CHF 100,000.
