Under Article 3 of the UWG (Federal Act Against Unfair Competition), every commercial website—including those operated by sex workers—must include a complete legal notice containing:
- First and last name (or company name)
- Full mailing address (a P.O. box is usually sufficient)
- Email address
For stage names, a valid mailing address must be provided—this can be a business address, a P.O. box, or an agency service. Failure to provide an imprint is punishable as unfair competition; in serious cases, the fine can be up to CHF 100,000.
